Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh
pendidikan, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas
Kapanewon Temon.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Puskesmas Temon I dan Puskesmas
Temon II, berjumlah 108 pegawai. Dalam Penelitian ini digunakan teknik
sampling sensus/sampling total sehingga terdapat 108 pegawai yang merupakan
pegawai Puskesmas Kapanewon Temon. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan
kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berpengaruh positif
terhadap kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Kapanewon Temon, pelatihan berpengaruh
positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Kapanewon Temon, motivasi
berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Puskesmas Kapanewon Temon. ; The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of
education, training and motivation on employee performance at the Kapanewon
Temon Health Center.
The population of this study were the employees of the Temon 1 Health
Center and the Temon 2 Health Center, totaling 108 employees. In this study, a
census/total sampling technique was used so that there were 108 employees who
were employees of the Kapanewon Temon Public Health Center. Data were
collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear
regression analysis.
The results showed that education had a positive effect on employee
performance at Kapanewon Temon Health Center, training had a positive effect
on employee performance at Kapanewon Temon Health Center, motivation had a
positive effect on employee performance at Kapanewon Temon Health Center
